Christopher K. Baxter is a native Texan from Houston, and was the founding partner and president of Baxter & Schwartz, P.C., for the last 10 years.  Mr. Baxter is licensed to practice in both Texas and Arkansas before all state and federal courts.  

Mr. Baxter began his legal career at GE Capital Mortgage Servicing before moving to the law firm side and building a well respected mortgage default servicing practice.
