Angel Reyes, III is Founder and Managing Partner of Reyes Bartolomei Browne. He began his legal career on Wall Street, subsequently relocated to Dallas, Texas and opened a small law firm. Within just a few years, the firm grew to become a leading, highly-respected national litigation practice.
As both an MBA and widely-heralded attorney, Angel’s combination of business and litigation acumen provides a balanced approach to strategies which are both aggressive and tempered with the appropriate level of caution. He has been involved with the legal, transactional and capital structuring of over $400 million, including commercial real estate, numerous tort settlements, early stage company capital raises and follow-on offerings. Additionally, Angel has advised numerous executives, business owners and highly successful individuals in both litigation and business matters.
Angel was named to the Super
Lawyers list, the top honor issued to the best lawyers in Texas. Angel is often quoted by newspapers and periodicals throughout the country, and is a frequent guest on both national and local television and radio shows.
